Chances are you're here because you are at a stage in your career where you need to make a change or transition of some kind.

I'm here because it has become my calling to apply my considerable real-world business experience and formal coaching training to help those who are at this crossroads to discover and make the most successful and positive transition possible.

Change is different for everyone, and for each period in his or her life. Change may be driven by events and situations at work like promotions, layoffs, restructuring, an ineffective position, or simply a desire to do something new. Life events such as children growing up, divorce, death in the family and many other things also can create discord or a lack of fulfillment in one's career.

Whatever the stimulus, I have always felt the calling to help. And I am well prepared to help others choose and make change that is both productive and rewarding.

In my 30+ years in the business world in leadership positions at Nike and Jantzen, I have coached my coworkers, both formally and personally, to help them make changes that are best for them and the organization. I have also made three major career redirections of my own. Since retiring from Nike in 2007, I have made my fourth: attending the prestigious Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA California completing their executive coaching program, and entering the career and executive coaching field.

It's my goal to apply all I have learned in my career, my coach training and my success coaching others to help you understand your current situation, explore the possibilities, and make the best possible decisions.
